As a precondition to order progress, you must supply your company’s logo in EPS / Vector format or saved as a high resolution PDF.
Please also confirm any relevant Pantone colours required for your logo.
Printed colours once on a garment vary from colours and pantones viewed on computer screen, tablet or phone and we do not take responsibility for tones appearing differently from shown on screen.
All goods are supplied as co-branded goods. Therefore, all orders are non-cancellable as they are customised. We do not accept returns or issue refunds on completed garments that have been approved by the pre-production proofing process unless there is a print error or manufacturing fault with the garment.
Faulty items are to be reported within 7 days of delivery, any unreported faulty items after this timescale will not qualify for replacement.
Reported faulty garments will be inspected and if suspected that the fault was caused by the end user, the items will not be replaced or refunded.
All goods are subject to availability. We reserve the right to withdraw any goods from this catalogue at any time without prior notice and to refuse orders where goods are not available from suppliers.
Deliveries will only be made to UK, Channel Islands and Isle of Man.
We do not accept responsibility for third party couriers and any delays experienced with domestic or international deliveries, including customs clearance and random consignment checking which may cause delays. Liability for non-delivery or unreasonably late delivery is limited to order value.
Goods will be delivered direct to your premises. You must sign a proof of delivery. If you refuse delivery, you must contact the Partner Programme team immediately stating your reasons for refusal (e.g. transit damage) failing which the Partner Programme team reserves the right to apply a charge for repeat delivery.
